SAM LLC Administrative Coordinator in Merriam, Kansas

Your Impact at SAM
The core function of this position will be to provide overall support to the North Central region in the areas of administration and proposal support.
Administrative Support Functions
Partner with HR, Marketing, IT, Accounting and Safety departments to provide local support to the office
Provide general administrative support, to include, filing, copying, data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
Assist with administrative setup of new employees
Maintain office and breakroom inventory
Process incoming and outgoing mail and express mail shipments
Assist with securing travel arrangements and expense reporting (We use Concur Travel and Expense)
Plan and execute regular company events and coordinate food orders for employee meetings
Contract with office vendors and service providers
Provide writing and editing support for a variety of business communications
Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company’s strategic goal
Collaborate with Business Development Manager and Area Manager to support proposal and presentation creation, managing templates for resumes and project profiles
Provide graphic design and updates of proposals, brochures and statements of qualification
Assist with Salesforce database entry
All other duties as assigned
What You Bring to SAM
3-5 years office administration experience required
Prior AEC industry experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Superior communication, presentation, organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in all communication
Organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
Must be able to work in the office, onsite M-F, core hours are 8am - 5pm
