UW - STOUT First-Year Admissions Counselor in MENOMONIE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 21084 JOB DETAILS: The University of Wisconsin-Stout is welcoming applications for a First-Year Admissions Counselor, which will report to the Senior Admissions Counselor. This position plays a very important role in the recruitment and outreach activities of the Admissions Office. Our goal is to increase the number of applicants to the University of Wisconsin-Stout and enroll a talented and diverse student body. This staff member will meet with prospective students and their families, high school counselors, various groups on and off campus, alumni, and other contacts to promote educational opportunities offered at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. A significant part of the recruitment process will be establishing and nurturing relationships that can serve as a conduit for students to learn about UW-Stout. This staff member will collaborate with other Admissions Office staff members to coordinate recruitment activities. All duties shall be executed while demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion. This is a 12-month annual position. The new team member will work from the Admissions Office located in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Candidates must be able and willing to travel at least 50% time throughout the region and be willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
