Overview: Aston Carter is partnering with a local manufacturing company to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Description:

• Accounts Payable Leadership - Process domestic ACH payments, international wires, and utility payments

• Reconcile accounts payable to A/P aging, utility payments

• Submit form 1099, maintain W9 files, maintain Sales and Use Tax certificates, setup international vendors, review international unvouchered receipts and process international RTV’s, maintain Concur travel profiles and provide information/schedules to auditors

• Prepare and submit property tax returns for ASI (MP) and Jema (MR)

• Administrate credit card program and credit card reconciliation and recording

• Record fixed assets, other long term assets

• Maintain cash book logs and reconcile cash accounts for international customers

• Review various cash accounts and transfer cash as necessary

• Reconcile numerous balance sheet accounts prepaid, liability accounts, fixed asset accounts

• Create and post journal entries when needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Top Skills:

• 2+ years of AP processing experience

• 3 way match and high volume invoicing (75+)

• Manufacturing environment

• Large ERP - specifically Oracle
