Restaurant Technologies Inc Segment Marketing Manager - Remote in Mendota Heights, Minnesota

Segment Marketing Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Segment Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Segment Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to specific customer segments, focused on our hospitality, retail and GPO customers. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate the sales cycle and adoption with national accounts and franchisees. Location: this is a fully remote position, but to be considered you must live in the continental US. Key Responsibilities: Segment Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive segment-specific marketing strategies that align with overall company objectives and target audience characteristics. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of segment marketing strategies with product launches, sales initiatives, and overall company goals. Segment Specific Marketing Planning and Execution: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including messaging, content, and channel selection, to effectively reach and resonate with each segment. Ensure these efforts are optimized for lead generation and conversion. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of segment marketing campaigns. Use insights to iterate on strategies and optimize future campaigns. Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key customers within each segment, leveraging their feedback and success stories for marketing collateral and testimonials. Budget Management: Manage segment-specific marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, B2B marketing, or related fields. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders. Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills The ability to flex between strategic and tactical activity while navigating ambiguity Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, demand generation tools, preferred Salesforce Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Industry knowledge and experience in foodservice is a plus.
