Baptist Memorial Recruitment Marketing Specialist in Memphis, Tennessee

Summary

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for the enhancement of the employer brand and attracting top talent to Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation. The specialist will work in close collaboration with both the Talent Acquisition team and the Corporate Communications team to effectively market BMHCC recruitment campaigns. Through extensive knowledge and expertise in marketing and content creation, the specialist will craft compelling narratives and robust marketing campaigns aimed at showcasing Baptist Memorial Health Care as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing strategies across various channels to include social media, job boards, email, and more.

  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media content, that highlights our culture, values, and the exceptional career opportunities at Baptist.

  • Organize and promote recruiting events and strategies to engage potential candidates and build relationships within the community.

  • Analyze market trends and leverage insights to position Baptist Memorial Health Care as a leading employer in the health care industry and Mid-South.

  • Establish a strong collaborative relationship with the Corporate Communications team, working together to enhance our recruitment marketing tactics and employer branding strategy

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to attracting diverse talent.

  • Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

  • Three (3) years of experience in recruitment marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong focus on content creation and social media

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, HR, or related discipline.

  • Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to travel occasionally to various sites or recruiting events
