Globus Medical, Inc Associate Field Inventory Specialist in Memphis, Tennessee

Essential Functions:

  • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock

  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts

  • Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records

  • Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management

  • Research root cause analysis

  • Completes moderately complex tasks following well-defined procedures; may involve a variety of routine or established work processes

  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice

  • Applies technical and procedural knowledge; formal training or experience is required to perform the job effectively

  • Works independently on routine assignments; receives guidance for new assignments

  • May provide on-the-job training to new team members

  • Coordinates information flow between self, team and/or departments; builds internal and external relationships

  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies

  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics

  • Proficient with computers and other standard office technology

  • Superior organizational and communication skills

  • Operate forklift or similar equipment

  • Performs duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485

Travel and/or Physical Demands:

  • Physical ability to lift 10-50 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch repeatedly
