Apply technical engineering expertise in all aspects of the energy utility industry through daily interactions with our global customer base. Provide remote technical support of complex computer-based control data systems to ensure customer system is properly maintained with the highest level of reliability. Support customers in the energy utility industry as they deploy, configure, and report incidents with their OSI system. Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate, and document customer incidents in a timely, efficient, and professional manner according to contract maintenance and warranty. Provide world-class support through creative, intelligent, efficient, and flexible solutions to a variety of technical challenges. Build lasting relationships with customers through professional, efficient, pleasant, and helpful communication. Document all customer interactions. The company is an operations technology software provider in the global power industry. Our platforms assist with the monitoring and control of the electrical substations, power plants, electrical transmission networks and distribution grids, oil and gas pipeline networks, and hydro and water networks, among others. The required duties are complex and specialized and require a degree in Engineering in order to clearly comprehend the complex transformation and digitalization of operations for the power industry to incorporate renewable energy sources. Minimum Education Requirement: Master s degree in Engineering. Minimum Experience Requirement: 1 year of experience in software technical support and technical troubleshooting in the energy industry. Special Requirement: Any knowledge of Modeling and Simulation is required. Travel Requirement: Up to 10% international and domestic travel required.
