Adecco is hiring immediately for this Manufacturing Supervisor job with a local client in Mechanic Falls, ME. Weekly pay starting at $25.00-$34.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) . This position is Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. These Manufacturing Supervisor require 2-5 years proven experience as a manufacturing supervisor, a High School diploma or equivalent, strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications and be self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the

ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.

As an Manufacturing Supervisor, In this role, you will be developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives, monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement, coordinate and assign tasks to production staff and ensures all staff members receive appropriate training to perform to routine duties effectively.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $34.00 per hour
