Job Positon : CNC 5-Axis Mill Operator

Location: Mebane, NC

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $24 - $29 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC 5-Axis Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, with specific experience operating 5-axis milling machines. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency in performing machine setups and tooling offsets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC 5-axis milling machines to produce precision parts.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand the specifications and requirements.

• Perform machine setups, tooling offsets, and adjustments to ensure accurate production.

• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC mill operator, with a focus on 5-axis machines.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to read and understand engineering prints and specifications.

• Familiarity with tooling offsets and machine setup procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in CNC machining is a plus.
