Responsible for the overall clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, and financial viability of rehabilitation programs within Washington, Oregon and South Dakota. Plans, develops, implements and monitors appropriate provision, documentation, billing of clinical services and customer relations. Identifies and implements growth opportunities for all appropriate services within each market.

• Position: Multi State Operations Management in Washington, Oregon and South Dakota

• Experience with multi-site management of SNF, HH, OP and CCRC

• Experience with multi customer partnership

• Location: Oregon or Washington based - Preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology program

• Must possess and maintain a current license in at least one state of practice; Therapist license, strongly preferred

• Minimum three (3) years experience as treating therapist or therapy assistant; Minimum five (5) years, preferred

• Minimum two (2) years therapy management experience

• Multi-site and Multi- State therapy management experience preferred.

• Successful management of budgets in excess of $10 Million, preferred

• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months

• Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays
