Guidehouse Technical Product Analyst in MCLEAN, Virginia

Elevate our infrastructure capabilities as a Technical Product Analyst, where your insights will directly improve the tools and processes our developers use daily. Influence product strategy through your deep understanding of backend systems and data-driven insights

What You Will Do :

  • Analyze requirements, developer experiences, performance metrics, and infrastructure trends

  • Assist and facilitate Agile development processes and maintain clear, actionable JIRA workflows

  • Work closely with Technical Product Managers (TPMs) to define features and prioritize incoming tickets by assessing priority and impact

  • Collaborate with the team to resolve blockers and dependencies

What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 -6 years of experience within complex technical systems OR 8 years of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies

  • Proficiency in working in managing large-scale Jira environments.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience working in AWS/Azure environments

  • Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner/Product Manager, etc.)

The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
