Office of the Director of National Intelligence Production Coordinator in McLean, Virginia

Summary The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation's effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives. Responsibilities Major Duties and Responsibilities: The Analytic and Multimedia Production (AMP) group in NCTC's Directorate of Intelligence (DI) is seeking a proactive, motivated, and communicative Production Coordinator with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service to oversee production processes and requests. The incumbent will engage with and advise AMP management and serve as liaison to DI customers by responding to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service standards, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The AMP Production Coordinator will: Manage production submitted through AMP's request platforms, including ICPS and ESNOW. Assess and prioritize projects and requirements. Define, clarify, and communicate customers' requirements and strategies, collect information, negotiate production schedules, arrange services, and resolve difficult procedural and production problems that may arise. Coordinate work activities, assignments, and projects with team members to ensure their understanding and the effective completion of requirements. Propose innovative solutions to address challenges and meet strategic goals. Advise management on resolutions to complex problems regarding project requirements. Track NCTC's ICPS requirements and coordinate with the ICPS team. Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a current permanent ODNI employee. OR Must be a current permanent Federal employee Must have supervisory approval to apply to the Joint Duty Assignment. Must be currently at the grade level of the detail. No Temporary Promotion Opportunity The program does not apply to members of the Military service or contractors. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Demonstrated ability to skillfully apply corporate, customer, and production/media knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage production. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment. Knowledge of customer organizations in order to ensure the team is capable of providing exceptional products and customer service. Initiative and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to direct taskings and collaborate on goal setting. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently within a diverse, creative, and often fast-paced project team environment and to efficiently manage time. At least seven years' experience at professional experience as a production officer or in a closely related field at a national agency, federal law enforcement organization, service component, or combatant command. Desired Requirements: In-depth knowledge of ICPS. Ability to produce and maintain production metrics. Knowledge of corporate policy and guidelines for finished intelligence production; knowledge of formats, standards, and production resources for print and electronic publishing. Previous experience in production management.
