We are in search of a Financial Analyst situated in Maumelle, Arkansas. The role involves planning, forecasting, and analyzing the financial implications of the company's activities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in generating reports and recommendations to enhance the company's business plans. The salary range will be $80,000 - $90,000 DOE!

Responsibilities:

• Review gross margins for all product lines and coordinate with production and inventory control to maintain accurate accounting.

• Prepare adjusting transactions in the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as needed.

• Complete cost, labor, and inventory components of the company’s financial statements, monthly account reviews, and reconciliations.

• Lead financial projects with other departments and executives.

• Prepare various monthly operating reports for management and support the completion of the company’s budgets and forecasts.

• Research and analyze general ledger account variances.

• Prepare analysis as necessary to support operations management.

• Track capital projects spending.

• Serve as an ERP Subject Matter Expert.

• Prepare all month-end analysis and reporting for the Executive team.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with CapEx budgeting and accounting

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) and About Time software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Experience in Expense Reporting and Finance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
