ThinkBRQ LLC seeks a Senior DevOps Software Engineer in Massapequa, NY. Telecommuting allowed for this position.Job Description: Develop and implement cutting-edge technologies such as CICD/DevOps and Machine Learning into the Marketing Ecosystem to boost productivity. Automate internal processes while using a variety of tools and DevOps practices to provide an infrastructure for efficiency. Responsible for designing and automation solutions for DevOps infrastructure and application teams, and application packages for the package management system. Guide the team on how best to leverage leading-edge technology and best practices. Perform detailed analysis of business problems to identify and recommend technology solutions. Provide technical input into business decisions, including feasibility, functionality opportunities, estimates, and future roadmaps. Provide solution architecture for automated solutions. Create and execute a strategy and roadmap for incorporating continuous integration and continuous deployment as DevOps practices for the development team. Lead the building and implementation of the pipelines. Design and develop new software and features, maintain and make enhancements to legacy systems. Participate in peer-reviews of solutions designs and related code.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in a software engineer-related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will also accept two (2) additional years of experience in a software engineer-related occupation. The position requires any amount of experience in the following: Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines; Experience with full stack development microservices with Java 11/ Spring Boot and front-end with Angular 12; Experience with GitLabs and Hashicorp Terraform; Experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernete; Experience with OpenShift, Splunk and Kibana.Send cover letter and resume to: 20 Hicksville Road, Suite#7, Massapequa, NY 11758.
