Description We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry, located in Marlboro, Massachusetts. This role functions as a Collections Specialist, focusing on commercial collections and customer service in a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit.

• Handle and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze customer credit data.

• Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate billing and collection processes.

• Resolve disputes relating to customer credit in a fair and timely manner.

• Utilize strong customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Leverage commercial collections skills to manage and recover outstanding credit.

• Continually improve processes for credit applications, billing, and collections to increase efficiency. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in the field of Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management

• Proficiency in commercial collections and related activities

• Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve disputes

• Experience in billing and billing collection processes

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and tasks

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Commitment to adhering to all industry regulations and standards.
