Day in the Life

Miller Paving is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to be responsible for the daily operation of Reception at the Miller Paving Limited Corporate Head Office. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support while maintaining a professional and friendly disposition.

As a Miller Brand Ambassador, you will be the first face visitors, stakeholders, and employees see. You will meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, e nsuring all visitors sign in at reception, are met by the appropriate staff member and follow safety protocols. You will also a nswer the main phone system promptly, redirect calls, and handle inquiries with tact and diligence, maintaining a clean and organized working station and main boardroom ensuring it is ready before and after each meeting takes place. Excellent communications skills and a friendly, professional demeanor will be essential in this role as you will be working independently and in a team environment. When you are away from the front desk, you will perform a variety of administrative duties such as, photocopying, scanning, and scheduling meetings. A strong attention to detail will be crucial in this role as you update general calendar information and maintain administrative databases, assist with any special projects or events that may take place.
