This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Trade Compliance IT Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Reporting to the Trade Compliance IT Product Manager, you will make an impact by:Working across the function to ensure successful and timely exit from relevant TSA's (Transitional Service Agreements)Engaging in the global cross-functional blueprinting of the new ERP eco-system to drive realization, work to include:learning ERP solution functionality;alignment of business requirements with system capabilities;process design, proof of concept, input to functional design development that compliments technical capabilities of the system, and development testing.Supporting the Go-Live and System Stabilization activities during deployment.Support functional design development that compliments technical capabilities of the system, and development testing.Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure global standardization of the business process and alignment to standard ERP functionality.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university AND Five (5) years of Supply Chain and/or business transformation and deployment experience in the area of Trade Compliance in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND a minimum of (11) years of experience in Supply Chain and/or business transformation and deploymentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in Business or relevant systems/IT subject from an accredited institutionExperience in an operational Trade Compliance environment in a private, public, government or military environmentExperience working with 3M business transformation teams either supporting a local GTS deployment or within project management.For current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
