Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Senior UX Specialist within the Health Care Business Group you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Create a clear, globally relevant, accessible user experience vision - delivering experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations across web and mobile platformsTranslate global business requirements into accessible UX solutions, interpreting and integrating feedback from internal stakeholdersArticulate UX concepts clearly, communicating effectively with internal leaders and partnersConnect UX recommendations to larger global strategy, leveraging design thinking towards business outcomesProficient in accessibility guidelines and best practices (e.g., WCAG 2.1) to ensure inclusive design and experience in conducting accessibility auditsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND minimum five (5) years of combined experience in UX Design and hands-on professional experience creating website designs and conceptsORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND minimum nine (9) years of combined experience in UX Design and hands-on professional experience creating website designs and conceptsANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Minimum Five (5) years of combined experience in UX Design and hands-on professional experience creating website designs and conceptsMinimum of three (3) years experience in information architecture, wireframing, conducting user research, usability testing and data analysisKnowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG and ADAAbility to communicate complex or new ideas effectively to others and influence decision-makingProject and agency management, which requires strong skills in organization and time managementAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Passion for technology, optimization, and process-improvementExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teamsExperience working with globally distributed and cross-fun tional teamsResults oriented - proven successful to use qualitative and quantitative metrics to make recommendations and manage systems that contribute to marketing goalsCommitment to continuing professional developmentWork location:Remote / Hybrid Eligible (Job duties allow for remote work but may require travel to 3M Headquarters in St. Paul 1 day per week)Travel: May include up to 10% globalRelocation: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
