Here, you will make an impact by:Lead strategic and annual operating plan processes, including strategy formulation for the largest business in Solventum, executive level communication, and driving executionLead portfolio management effort, including monitoring market and competitive intelligence and partnering with global business teams to identify inorganic growth opportunities while maximizing organic activitiesDevelop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations; ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations providedPartner across functions to support business growth through ongoing business rhythms such as quarterly business reviews, commercialization reviews, etc.Support execution of Enterprise initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Strategy and Corporate FP&ATo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 7 years of combined experience in strategy, business development, and/or marketing in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years of combined experience in strategy, business development, and/or marketing in a private, public, government or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceutical, and/or life science industries in a private, public, government, or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of combined experience of deal related activity in M&A, corporate ventures, and or strategic partnerships in a private, public, government or military environmentSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills, including solid understanding of financial and statistical analysisHypothesis-driven, problem-solving orientation with ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive decision makingAbility to synthesize tructured and unstructured data into a narrative and insightsAction-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams to drive execution and resultsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSignificant experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelWork location:Remote or HybridTravel: May include up to 20%[domestic/international]Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
