Engage global, regional, and local resources to build and adopt technologies, drive innovation, operational efficiencies and ensure alignment worldwide.Leads and may manage cross-functional projects to improve GTE processes that allow for automaton to bring competitive advantages globally to deliver results. Provide support for the GTE deployments as part of the core GTE Team. Manage relationships, internal and external, with key clients such as IT, technology, AI and automation to drive value realization, and process efficiency.As a(n) GTE Project Manager - Technology & Automation, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Develops and builds GTE technologiesRequirements Gathering, Application Development, SupportAssist with Strategic Planning of GTESystem Testing & IntegrationTechnology & Stakeholder UpdatesMetric and Value RealizationSupport global deploymentsOn-going program optimizationYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Ten (10) years combined experience in Technology Solutions supporting GTE or FinanceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Skills include strong organizational skills including ability to deal with ambiguity and ability to breakdown complex workStrong analytical skills including ability to gather requirements, create design specifications, and identify thorough test casesDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environmentProven ability to identify, focus, and own high priority tasks.
