Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThe Digital Onboarding Specialist will focus on customized orthodontic solutions and will independently perform Sales administrative work under supervision for assigned region/territory by email, telephone, or the internet.Independently plans and manages time and resources for utilization of multiple systems while driving business needs in order to provide optimal customer service.Data entry into Corporate Databases, i.e. SF, Aplus, RR Donnelly, Oral Care Portal.Analyze Multi System Reports, such as A , Power BI, Boxi and OCP.Determines appropriate Call to Action based on the customer type and need based on stage in onboarding cycle.Communicate with cross functional teams to expedite the needs of customers.Collects and sends customer facing Marketing Materials.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma /GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).Six (6) years of experience in Sales Support or Administrative position in a private, public, government or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).Active communication skills to understand internal and external customers in a consultative manner.Work location: RemoteRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
