Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This role involves performing Financial Planning and Analysis activities for the organization, assisting with the preparation of internal/ external financial reports, and conducting monthly financial analysis of operations. The Sr. Financial Analyst will also be expected to provide strategic support to senior management and work closely with various stakeholders within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting with necessary supporting documentation and justification

• Evaluate current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures

• Provide value-added analysis and decision support for projects, initiatives, capital expenditures, and acquisitions

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

• Prepare reports summarizing Company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations

• Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management

• Work with Corporate Accounting to optimize Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual financial reports

• Collaborate with business development, operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output

• Conduct studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations

• Analyze operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution and determine their financial impact

• Evaluate and recommend business partnering opportunities Requirements • Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst for at least 3 years

• Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, and Data Mining Techniques

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Previous experience with the 'About Time' software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Proficiency in Expense Reporting and Finance

• Proficiency in Power BI

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

• Experience in creating financial reports and conducting legal analysis.
