About the role: We are looking for a motivated, collaborative, and creative individual to join our high-performing Process Development team.You will have the opportunity to drive innovative technology solutions from concept to commercialization.You will be partnering cross-functionally with a technically strong, experienced, and highly engaged team. Your responsibilities include: Work in the Interventional Oncology and Embolization (IO&E) space to develop new processes and bring new products and acquisitions to market. Understand chemical processes, performing process characterization and influencing the design for manufacturability (DFM) by working with R&D partners. Working on Aseptic manufacturing processes and the component sterilization needed to support these processes. This includes understanding material compatibility with different sterilization modalities, the sterilization validations involved and ensuring the manufacturing aides, packaging, and configuration are conducive to the manufacturing process. Analyze data using Minitab and document in technical reports. Work on equipment qualifications, test method development, and test method validation. Organizes and presents technical data and recommendations to influence decision making at technical reviews. Work cross-functionally to develop capable processes and complex measurement technologies on new products and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production. Ensure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements. (e.g., BOM's, Routers, FMEA's, etc.) Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience Bachelor's Degree in engineeringor relevant technical field Preferred Qualifications 5 years of experience Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering Experience with Chemical Processing. Demonstrated understanding and usage of statistics to drive improvements. Demonstrated understanding of problem solving and root cause investigations. Experience with Process Verification and Validation. Medical device or other regulated industry experience. Expertise in Operations or New Product Development. Open to travel of up to 10% of their time.
