Job Title: Residential Radon Technician

Job Description

As a Residential Radon Technician, your role will involve visiting residential sites to perform radon testing according to established methods. You may also be required to conduct additional tests such as aquatic testing in homes with private water systems. Once tests are completed, you will present and explain the results to homeowners, recommending appropriate radon abatement methods, equipment, and installations. You will estimate costs related to installation and operation, install the necessary equipment, and perform follow-up testing. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Work Environment

This role often involves working in basements, outdoors, and in crawlspaces, which may be dirty or hot.
