WTW Global Employer Brand Manager - Early Careers (EMEA Working Hours) in Manila, Philippines
We are recruiting for a ‘Global Employer Brand Manager – Early Careers’. This role will drive global recruitment marketing activity for early careers, as well as supporting the delivery and management of multiple local campaigns. It is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise in a wide range of disciplines, from social media, to inclusion and diversity, content creation (video and written) as well as candidate experience and data.
With this role, success invariably involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, and external creative agencies. While you’re likely from a marketing background or an early careers/recruitment branding manager, we are looking for someone that understands how to take core business message and turn this into an attractive proposition for an early careers audience, on a global and local scale. We’re interested in your strategic approach to problem-solving creatively and project management across a complex organization.
As well as this, we are looking for someone with the following demonstrable experience and traits:

Proactive, collaborative, execution-driven attitude – we’re a small team with a big ambition and strategic importance in recruitment, we have many projects in flight at any one time – you’ll need to be able to prioritize, partner with internal teams/external vendors and work efficiently with excellent planning and organizational skills to drive projects through to completion
Great relationship builder and communicator – our team and network is a blend of both in-person and virtual interactions, it’s essential that you can build rapport through different mediums and with a range of stakeholders
Content creation – the success of our team depends on bringing to life real stories of what it is like to work here, whether that’s through videos, blogs or other content forms – you will be responsible for creating some of this, flexing your style for different audiences and geographies with local nuances
Social media and campaign management – our recruitment marketing activity isn’t just a glossy ‘nice to have’, it is fundamental to our talent attraction strategy - you’ll need to be able to demonstrate experience of running paid campaigns and how you’ve iterated them to continually improve their performance
Candidate champion/employer brand guardian – we are responsible for ensuring that candidate experience is at the forefront of everything we do and our localized activity and messaging is consistent within a global framework. You will be a trusted subject matter expert who will need to help educate leadership, recruiters and business stakeholders on what this means in practice
At least 4 years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding specifically for Early Careers
With experience on organic and sponsored content creation, campaign management and social media postings
Familiarity with different talent groups for newsletter content is highly advantageous
