Mentor Technical Group QA Specialist in Manatí, Puerto Rico

Responsibilities:
Manage investigations related to pest control (facilities).
Investigate, write, and close out root cause investigations and CAPAs, following corporate procedures, FDA, and GMP guidelines, completing investigations within the established timeframe.
Implement necessary follow-up verification checks on investigations and CAPA action items.
Coach company colleagues in order to facilitate focused knowledge transfer for quality investigations.
Participate in investigation-related meetings.
Analyze CAPA effectiveness through appropriate tracking/trending to prevent recurrence.
Perform manufacturing, packaging and engineering investigations
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineer.
At least 5 years of experience within a quality role in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology) is required.
Technical writing skills is highly preferred,
