Mentor Technical Group QA Specialist in Manatí, Puerto Rico

Responsibilities:

  • Manage investigations related to pest control (facilities).

  • Investigate, write, and close out root cause investigations and CAPAs, following corporate procedures, FDA, and GMP guidelines, completing investigations within the established timeframe.

  • Implement necessary follow-up verification checks on investigations and CAPA action items.

  • Coach company colleagues in order to facilitate focused knowledge transfer for quality investigations.

  • Participate in investigation-related meetings. 

  • Analyze CAPA effectiveness through appropriate tracking/trending to prevent recurrence.

  • Perform manufacturing, packaging and engineering investigations

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineer.

  • At least 5 years of experience within a quality role in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology) is required.

  • Technical writing skills is highly preferred,
