Ensure a Safe, Compliant, and Secure Work Environment

  • Maintain a positive culture for safety and environmental programs at Manassas VA by setting the safety expectations for your team

  • Ensure all safety and environmental compliance-related work tasks are met according to the requirements

  • Enforce all safety and environmental policies, where applicable, and hold team members accountable when performance gaps exist

  • Training and Documentation (ISO-TS)

Document and maintain key business processes owned by the Shift Operations team

  • Provide training to new team members

  • Address all ECN within seven days of initial communication

  • Follow all required ISO-TS documentation

  • Complete all required training and demonstrate solid understanding of acquired skills

  • Strive for professional improvement through personal reflection and open dialogue regarding strengths and opportunities with supervisor

  • Identify gaps in skills and knowledge and pursues training to remedy

  • Set goals and achievements for self and applies all available resources to meet these goals

  • Identify gaps in training and documentation and implement plans to close these gaps

  • Ensure all work is properly documented in accordance with established documentation guidelines

Work optimally with personnel both inside and outside of Shift Operations team to support tasks such as:

  • Perform advanced level of lot expediting activities including: P0 lots/supply chain critical lots/HMTAS lots

  • Perform advanced level of queue time lots management activities

  • Perform first-level support on production lines with beginning to intermediate level of troubleshooting capabilities, including intermediate level of troubleshooting issues related to scheduling and automation

  • Perform first-level support on fab issues including IT and facilities events with the assistance of shift managers or line coordinators

  • Ensure timely issue to 1st shift or oncall team members to support further investigation and resolution of fab or line issues

  • Perform intermediate level of data mining tasks including reports and lot lists creation and maintenance for lot management

Continuously improve current production systems including applications, business rules, etc. to enable the fab to achieve Line of Sight goals

  • Assist shift managers or line coordinators on problem and opportunity identification and investigation, solutions design and development, and testing and deployment for scheduling and automation systems

  • Assist shift managers or line coordinators to build, document and standardize procedures
