Job Overview:
The Associate HR Governance and Digital Process Specialist is responsible for utilizing existing HR Governance & Digital Process procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team. They will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to HR Governance & Digital Processes and Human Resources.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintain data flow maps within the privacy tool, particularly the unstructured flows
Perform data entry of privacy compliance documents into the privacy tool
Interact with the HR Data Governance and Digital Process Teams to ensure the execution of Data Access Requests to assist in the management of broader global privacy compliance program initiatives
Communicate progress regularly and escalate obstacles and constraints to the management team as needed
Produce regulatory and audit reports
Assist with data purge requests and create data access flow reports
Assist in developing and administering a portion of the HR Privacy tool, always ensuring its upkeep
Maintain data inventory and data flows
Answer questions sent to data governance, HR Tech Governance, or Privacy, and escalate others to a Data Analyst or Global Director
Provide support in a fast-paced environment
Prepare reports to help deliver business stakeholder updates and develop key metrics to monitor, evaluate, and report on privacy progress
Assist with project stakeholder updates
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Engineering, IT, or a related field required
1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Systems, or Data Analysis
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, Advanced level of Excel, solid PowerPoint and Word
Ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients
Demonstrates proper privacy management of extremely sensitive and confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
