WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• In this position, you will:

• Be part of a real global and multinational team with ERP analysts located in North America, Europe, Russia, India and China.

• Be part of the M3 ERP team where all the activities are done internally.

• Support international implementation projects.

• Ensures a stable and functional production environment.

• Ensure stable connectivity between the M3 ERP system and connected systems (FTK, SWB, GRC, etc.).

• Troubleshoots systems problems.

• Provision and monitor user access.

• Prepare and maintain system documentation.

• Analyze and secure data to maintain system integrity.

YOU HAVE:

• Academic background

• Bachelor’s degree in technology.

• Previous experience

• Minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience administering cloud based SaaS business systems.

• Skills :

• Specific experience with or knowledge of the Infor M3 environment, including:

• Infor M3 Business Engine (aka MVXSECOFR) administration.

• Infor Federation Service (IFS) administration and security.

• ION Desk administration.

• IDM (Infor Document Management) administration.

• Infor Ming.le administration.

• We are looking for a person with strong problem-solving and analytical skills and desire to learn.

• You are a team player and collaborate easily with others in an international environment.
