The Foreign Currency Solutions organization is responsible for managing a suite of Euro & USD Corporate Payment solutions designed to help Clients Manage Travel & Entertainment of International Subsidiaries and B2B Payments to suppliers Overseas.

The Role of Business Development Analyst requires an innovative self-starter who can work autonomously, report globally, and partner with local market Large Market Sales and Account Sales teams to drive and accelerate the FCS pipeline, providing client facing support to drive opportunities to fruition and ensuring compliance to our operating principles and off shore model.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and ensure compliance with FCS offering principles.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to the EMEA GCS field on Cross Border Payments for complex negotiations.

  • Partner with regional and local sales/AD teams to drive pipeline velocity.

  • Lead industry analysis projects to identify opportunities in target segments and markets, evolve client value and set priorities.

  • Drive innovation in new payment spaces including Partnerships with Aggregators and Trade associations.

  • Partner with FCS Team, Acquisition & Customer Marketing across markets to drive Incentive/Acquisition campaigns.

  • Support the field with product resourcing & value proposition guides.

  • Support Large Market Account Sales to develop a robust contact strategy with EVERY client to build strong relationships at multiple levels to find expansion opportunities.

  • Focus on the customer as a platform for Growth, expanding the portfolio to win share of wallet to exceed business targets.

  • Lead with an external perspective by understanding the competitive landscape and liaise with large market Account sales to cross-sell products to protect against the threat of competition.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive initiatives across the organization and put enterprise thinking first.

  • Create and update business unit reviews

  • Analyze client’s financial performance to better address the client’s needs

Desirable Skill & Experience

  • 2-3 years of Sales experience.

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree.

  • Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch, German, a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

  • Interest in learning about sales processes and strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to understand and analyze macroeconomic trends.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau) or willingness to learn more.

  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights on variances.

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify data.
