How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Partner closely with our commercial sales and account management teams to migrate, onboard, expand and retain our commercial clients in IEC Markets.

  • Handle customers' inquiries and effectively coordinate with key stakeholders in the company to coordinate successful case resolution, delivering premium value

  • Support client onboarding or new product expansions collaborating with the account owner and servicing teams, facilitating setup process to decrease the time from signing to first transaction

  • Identify expansion and spend uplift opportunities through client conversations and within the existing client portfolio generating leads for your Sales and Account Management colleagues

  • Leveraging available tools and reporting to establish together with your team a successful client contact strategy, exchanging best practices with your peers and leaders

  • Understand customer requirements and bring in product and/or service specialists while continue support conversations to understand areas for improvement

  • Create and Manage your case and opportunity pipeline through CRM tool (Salesforce) facilitating a timely and accurate reporting of all activities

  • Participate in development of tactical migration and client expansion campaigns throughout the year bringing in your own ideas and experience to drive team success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bilingual level in English.

  • 3 years of BD or AD experience.

  • Exceptional customer service focus and passionate about interacting with customer and companies striving for win-win outcomes.

  • Highly engaging communication style and good listener to establishing business relationship.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-player with a positive and collaborative mindset.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, creating and applying a structured approach to your day-to-day work responsibilities while adapting to changing circumstances.

  • A natural forward planner with the ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously with the ability to switch priorities when needed.

  • Growth mindset and creative thinking to identify new business opportunities and process improvements, being part of the solution and execution.

  • High learning agility and inner motivation to keep growing and developing with your peers.

  • Interested to learn more about a Sales organization, its teams and processes.

  • Enjoy work independently whilst also collaborating with your team members in different markets and across the organization to achieve personal and team goals.
