The primary purpose for this position is to manage delivery-related activities for services engagements and implementations across multiple practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring achievement of all delivery-related performance objectives, utilization targets, revenue targets, and other key metrics. This role also participates in uncovering other CDW revenue/business opportunities within the accounts they cover What you will do: Manages delivery projects, including CDW delivery team members, alliance partners, and subcontractors. Ensures all delivery teams achieve established performance targets. Ensures services solutions are delivered to clients on time, within budget, and meet all quality, design and contractual specifications. Ensures appropriate margin targets are established, project scope is well defined, and project risk is acceptable. Works directly with the client to drive the closure of critical issues, addressing root causes. Works collaboratively with the staffing function to obtain the right resources for projects. Provides executive level business justifications and strategy when recruiting for new team members based on company growth plans and/or skill needs. Maintains a billable utilization target through Project/Program Management or Delivery work on projects at assigned accounts. Collaborates with sales team in closing other CDW business (hardware, software and services), including personal participation in the selling process, and leading pursuit efforts. Marshalls appropriate sales and pre-sales resources to effectively win opportunities across CDW\' solutions portfolio. Educates the sales team on client needs and best approaches. Uses broad IT knowledge and skills to contribute to development new offerings and client solutions. Authors or approves all SOWs and projected financial outcomes. Cultivates the company reputation as a leading-edge provider of services solutions. Implements best practices and process improvements to increase services capability, revenue, and profitability.
