JOB REQUIREMENTS: School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist - 32700 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a \$3000 sign-on bonus. You will work primarily at Madison Metropolitan School District High Schools with a possibility of a mix of telehealth, community based, and in clinic care at 122 E Olin Ave in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to: * Work primarily at Madison Metropolitan School High Schools - School Based Health Center. * Provide developmentally appropriate evidence based mental health and/or substance abuse disorder treatment to adolescents and their families. * Perform assessments, treatment planning, ongoing therapy, case collaboration/management, and complete related documentation. * Work with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team. Work Experience : Minimum - One (1) year of combined experience working with individuals with substance use and mental health disorders Preferred - Two (2) years of combined experience working with individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.
