JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Relations Coordinator - 31909 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is hybrid for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois. We are seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to: * Provide assistance and support as needed with patients, families, and staff that are in contact with the Patient Relations department. * Investigate patient complaints and grievances in ambulatory and inpatient settings to improve the patient and family experience.
