14230BRDepartment Name:HSP EIMS Location:Meriter Hospital Job Description: The Imaging Managment Assistant is r esponsible for image management duties (release of images/reports, importing images, PACs QA and clean-up, etc.), patient customer service (in-person and via phone), and supporting the Medical Imaging department initiatives of safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with medical information systems and processes. (2 years)
Knowledge of anatomy to identify images and procedures
Understanding of medical terminology
Effective interpersonal skills to ensure a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction
Preferred:
Epic system knowledge to include Radiant (Medical Imaging ordering platform)
Experience in a Medical Imaging department utilizing electronic imaging systems
Previous customer service experience
