Our Madison, WI office has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyston our financial planning and analysis team. In partnership with internal teams, this role will provide essential support, handling reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tasks. With a focus on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing operating expenses, daily sales, and KPI reporting, this opportunity is a key part of our finance department at Pacific Cycle. This role is based out of our Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company\'s Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days. A few (but not all) of this position\'s responsibilities are listed below: - Compile and distributes daily sales/shipments reporting for Budget and Forecast. - Verify customer price lists in system and confirms price lists for proper approvals and accuracy in the system. - Investigate and identify pricing issues between the Company and customer PO. - Maintain data integrity of files, item costs, updated retail pricing, and assortment. - Collect information and assists in the completion of analysis template to evaluate close-out sale opportunities; submits to manager for review. - Collaborate with functional leaders and Finance Managers to complete reporting and analysis of ad hoc reporting, e.g. tracking against business cases, sales tactics, obsolescence etc. - Report and tracks sales allowance and utilization. - Create, maintain, and prepare reports to populate regular KPI reporting. - Provide insights and recommendations on opportunities to improve financial outcomes. - Aid in current finance process improvement through simplification and/or automation. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Key Competencies Financial Acumen \|Initiative \| Learning Agility\| Integrity\| Change Agility Education & Experience - Must be qualified to work in the United States - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Planning or related field or equivalent years of experience - 2-4 years of supply chain management or inventory management experience - Strong cross-functional communication skills - Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software (SAP, Power BI, SAS, etc) - Extensive experience and proficiency in BI & Excel tools and functionality - Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://boards.greenhouse.io/pacificcycle/jobs/5199395004?gh_jid=5199395004
