JOB REQUIREMENTS: Coordinator-Financial Services Compliance Job Locations US-Remote Location ID 2024-23519 Company TDS Telecom Pay Range \$22.90 - \$37.21 Overview As a Coordinator-Financial Services Compliance, you will identify and report Advisor trends and give guidance to resolve gaps in knowledge, skills and behaviors, ensuring that quality standards are met and/or exceeded. You will monitor FSA\'s to ensure compliance with account security and reports applicable breeches as necessary. You will also provide guidance related training and support to BPO Management, new Financial Services processors, and Senior Consumer Specialist roles. The hours for this role are 9-6PM CST. You will coordinate and create process updates and interface with other areas of the organization. This includes process development, testing and reporting related to applications utilized and created across wireline. You will work closely with other teams (i.e. IT, COAST, Telecom Customer Support and Billing Operations) related to system issues and assists in identifying issues, research, ticket creation, and sending out communications to front-end Advisor teams. You will partner with our internal legal team and GRA to ensure processes comply with regulatory and legal rules, as well as, coordination of the medical exception process for wireline consumers. Legal issues may be related wireline bankruptcies, Proof of Claims, and information relevant to court proceedings on behalf of TDS within the financial services functional area. You will be responsible for collections of Field Service\'s manual billing information for wireline and cable prior to write off while assisting the collection agency with collections after writing off while caring for the commercial collection exception process when interfacing with Commercial Sales leadership on managing these commercial accounts. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates. The pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. The actual offer amount will carefully consider multiple factors, such as relevant skills, qualifications, work experience, location and/or competencies that align with the specified role.
