JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Operations Assistant, Primary Cary Float Provider Pool - 32177 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 50% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: * Assist with the management of the Primary Care Float Provider Pool, including tracking monthly clinic request for provider support, drafting the provider\'s monthly schedule, entering all provider templates, tracking provider time off, assisting with new provider orientation as well as providing initial problem solving for any day of issues. * Assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive performance excellence program focused on aligning access resources, processes, people, actions, and results within Primary Care. * Assist with data gathering, resource planning and performance analytics within Primary Care.
