This position will support our Trachte facility in Madison, WI. As a part of nVent, Trachte is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. We design, manufacture, market, install and service high performance products and solutions for mission-critical equipment, buildings and essential processes. Offering both prefabricated and on-site building capabilities, framed and frameless building construction types, and products ranging from build kits and modular units to fully engineered integrated buildings. Primary focus working with various Trachte and nVent employees on payable invoices and resolutions High volume processing 100 - 200+ invoices per day for 3 way matching, 2 way matching and non-PO invoice processing including intercompany invoices. Detailed oriented insuring proper approvals following DOA and insuring SOX controls are followed Analytic skillset will be used to work with our vendors to reconcile and resolve outstanding invoice issues Calculate use tax where appropriate within local laws Communicate effectively with vendors, co-workers, other internal departments and management. Ability to multi-task and enjoy variety of duties in fast paced environment Ability to take initiative and use experience in AP to assist in decision-making skills.
