Description and duties of the job: Weed eating, Lot Cutting. Perform Street maintenance duties; operate construction and maintenance equipment such as tractors, backhoe for a variety of construction and maintenance operations involving streets, sidewalks and gutters. Set up traffic safety devices such as cones, signs and barricades as necessary. Maintain catch basins and storm drain pipes. Spread asphalt to patch and repair streets. Perform emergency; street, storm water, storm drain or other public service maintenance work as required. Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned. This duty is performed daily.
