A Day in the Life

As a Graduate within the CRM business, you will gain valuable experience and training in supporting Medtronic products during surgical procedures and device implants. You will acquire insights into how Medtronic delivers innovative products and services that address the needs of patients, clinicians, and healthcare systems. You will receive extensive training, mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals who will help you develop your skills and competencies. The program will start with your enrolment and successful completion of an internal Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Graduate Education Program, which combines classroom and in-field learning. After finishing your training, you will offer technical support at patient follow-ups, clinics, and implants under the supervision of a qualified Senior Territory Manager.

Your primary duties during the program will include:

  • Providing clinical and technical assistance during device implants

  • Providing clinical and technical assistance during device follow-up visits in clinics and hospitals

  • Assisting team members with clinical, administrative, stock and marketing tasks as needed

  • Taking part in sales and marketing initiatives, technical presentations to customers, clinical study activities and in-field stock management.

About the program:

  • This is a 24-month, fixed-term, full-time position.

  • The successful candidate will start training in Sydney, where they will learn the skills and knowledge needed for this role. After completing the training, they will be expected to move to one of the regional areas in NSW, where they will apply their learning in practice.

  • We are looking for a flexible graduate willing to move to various locations as part of their career development.

Must-Have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of Biomedical or Health Science

  • Less than one year of full-time work experience

  • The ability to travel and move as required by the program.

  • A current driver’s license and your transport is needed. (Allowance provided to compensate for vehicle use)
