Position Overview: The Quality Support Specialist supports the Quality and Title III teams to foster an enhanced culture of quality at Greater Lynn Senior Services.
Position Responsibilities: Work with Title III and Quality Director to coordinate and support agency QI Committee and sub-committees to ensure programs are in line with Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) expectations, NCQA standards and agency-wide initiatives and goals. Assists in the preparation, distribution, and collection of various surveys and works with others to analyze the results. Perform data cleanup, data analysis and data visualization. Assist in data collection and reporting for various department projects. You will represent and support the Quality department in committee meetings through scheduling, taking minutes, and collaboration with the team to write reports and perform analyses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities required
Experience with survey design and analysis is a plus
Experience with data gathering and measurement practices preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products especially MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to make proper judgments, superior written and verbal skills, and ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with staff members
Must be able to function independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, independent problem solver, team player, ability to meet deadlines, prioritizes and multitasking
Professional demeanor and ability to handle highly confidential materials with discretion
Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
Hours Part Time, 25 hours per week
