Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Cleansing Analyst based in Loveland, Colorado. This role is crucial in the agricultural products services and solutions industry where you will be managing and analysing large and complex data sets. You will work directly with various teams to standardize and validate data, contribute to production data activities, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customer resources to prepare, inform, and educate on various aspects of data preparation and validation

• Collaborate with different locations to collect, standardize, and assemble data required for project implementation

• Execute data reconciliation and validation activities effectively

• Provide detailed updates on the current state of data cleansing and data preparation activities on a weekly basis

• Contribute actively to production data cutover and conversion activities

• Support in establishing test data to aid development and Mock exercises

• Address data-related issues pertaining to cross-references, reconciliation, and location-specific problems

• Demonstrate the ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Display exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, spotting errors and inconsistencies in large data sets

• Utilize knowledge of data conversion and data construction techniques effectively

• Exhibit effective communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal

• Work independently or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff

• Exhibit a willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, administration, and users. Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven experience in analytics and data management

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) administration practices

• Proficiency in performing reconciliations

• Experience in creating and executing validation plans

• Ability to prepare datasets for analysis and reporting

• Experience in facilitation of data-related projects

• Proven experience in data cleaning and data cleansing processes

• Experience in project implementation involving data management
