ManpowerGroup Accounts Payable Analyst in Loveland, Colorado

Manpower is partnering with a global agricultural company to find an experienced and reliable AP Analyst. This is a hybrid contract position set to last for 1 year.

Location:Loveland, CO

Pay Rate: $28 to $30/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The AP Payments Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of escalated AP Payments issues within North America Accounts Payable. Working closely with the company's Managed Services provider, the Analyst provides tier 2 level support, employing higher-level analysis and research to resolve complex payment issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including requestors, Supplier Master Data, and other FBS PTP teams, to resolve escalated AP Payments issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with Managed Services to ensure smooth check runs, including weekly and emergency check runs on-site.

  • Process special handling, Courier requests, and mail efficiently.

  • Ensure timely distribution and management of all proposals and selections by Managed Services across all ERPs.

  • Oversee the accurate and timely completion of Daily Bank exceptions and ACH Control Totals by Managed Services.

  • Report ACH/EFT bounce backs to AP Customer Service and Supplier Reconciliation Team promptly.

  • Monitor ServiceNow requests and incidents for the AP Payments catalog, ensuring timely responses per internal SLAs.

  • Adhere to stated internal KPIs and SLAs rigorously.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of process flows by function and interactions between Managed Services and FBS PTP.

  • Perform any other job responsibilities as required at the Company’s discretion.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED required.

  • Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Business highly preferred.

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and/or Treasury required.
