UPS Worldwide Forwarding Inc seeks Sr. Software Quality Engineer in Louisville, KY:Job Duties: Provide expertise and mentorship in technologies and processes for Information Services Management (ISM) and Quality Assurance (QA). Maintain an awareness of emerging technologies to ensure a competitive advantage. Automate test scenarios and expected outcomes. Provide Quality Assurance (QA) support and expertise for UPS key business functions and supporting technologies. Conduct comprehensive testing and risk-based assessments of the testing objects. Use source documentation as input and contributes to the planning and implementation of testing activities. Lead testing components of large and complex projects, assigns tasks, provides direction to resources, and reports progress to project stakeholders. Create and select tools and methodologies for review and approval by management. Telecommuting is an option.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.Special Skill Requirements: (1) QTP; (2) HP ALM; (3) Quality Center; (4) Jira; (5) Oracle; (6) MS Access; (7) DB2; (8) Couch Base; (9) XML; (10) JavaScript; (11) VBScript; (12) LINUX; and (13) Agile Scrum.
