Humana, Inc. seeks Senior Technology Leadership Professional in Louisville, KY.Duties: Responsible for helping define and manage the area metrics and KPIs. Reports issues and key metrics to stakeholders on issues found, root cause, and steps taken to correct. Ensures that production schedules are followed, and product meets business specifications and requirements. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on semi-complex to complex issues related to the Software development lifecycle. Assists the lead technology professional in defining and improving area processes and enforcing best practices. Assists the team and area leads in overcoming challenging technical situations. 100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, plus 4 years of experience in Software Development or related occupation.Must have 4 years of experience with:• Software development lifecycle; and• Scrum methodologies.Must have 2 years of experience with:• Azure applications;• Project Leadership and Management; and• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.40 hours per week.
