Humana, Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Louisville, KY.Duties: • Work in front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management.• Make decisions on issues regarding technical approach for project components.• Work with a team of developers on frontend technologies, distributed microservices, and full stack systems.• Work across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies.• Work with cloud native stack, build on public cloud.• Write effective REST APIs and technical documentation.• Write automated test cases to ensure correctness, responsiveness, and efficiency of the software product.• Influence project, initiative, and maintain technical direction during discovery, planning, and implementation stages.• Maintain modern development standards with best-practice approaches and development processes.100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related role.Requires 5 years of experience in the following skills: • Front-End development. • Agile methodology.
