HVAC Technician - 1st Shift

Job Description

• Seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with 2+ years of experience to conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.

• This full-time role requires handling a variety of facilities maintenance tasks.

• The typical work schedule is from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

• Responsibilities include maintaining heating equipment, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, VAV, and air distribution systems.

• You will monitor mechanical equipment, perform general repairs, and ensure compliance with building standards and industry best practices.

• The role demands a proactive approach to maintenance, readiness to respond to emergency situations, and the ability to document activities effectively.
