• Hands-On Development: Plan and execute the development of generative AI solutions, ensuring excellence and strategic fit.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to gauge project success and alignment with business objectives.

What You Bring To The Table:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in scalable, production Machine Learning system development.

• Technical Mastery: Proficient in Python or R programming and familiar with MLOps processes.

• Model Savvy: Hands-on experience with LLMs or similar models, such as Hugging Face, OpenAI GPT, and LLaMA.

• Framework Fluency: Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

• Innovative Techniques: Advanced prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
