Job Description:

• Scheduler will be working directly with mobile phlebotomists and patients to schedule at-home appointments of blood draws.

• Take a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

• Work through orders as sent out by the doctors, viewing relevant information through their internal system.

• Provide exceptional customer support when interacting with patients and contract phlebotomists.

• Data entry of appointments scheduled in their internal system.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma

• Undergraduate Degree preferred

• 1-3 years of customer service or data entry experience

• Plus: Bilingual in Spanish

• 1+ year of healthcare experience
